GET UP EARLY
You need to get up early in the morning .You should not be lazy and sleepy .If you are unable to do this yourself then, ask your family members to wake you early in the morning .Get up half an hour before sunrise or in between 5.00 AM to 6.00 AM .This will be good time to left the bed .You may use alarum for this and once habituated of early get up ,do not use it again .Try to get up at the same time everyday .
FINISH YOUR EARLY MORNING WORK
After getting up wash your face with fresh cool water [slight warm water during cold seasons ].Go to the latrine-cum-bathroom to finish latrine and tooth brushing. Have a cup of tea with a cake or biscuit .Finish all these works within 30-40 minutes.
MORNING WALK
Come out for morning walk with your pets or family members .It should above half and hour .Do light exercises ,yoga and meditation in the morning sun .You need to sweat everyday for good health .Talk with other known walkers and make your body and mind fresh.
MARKETING FOR DAILY NEEDS
Return back home .Take rest about 10-15 minutes .Now the time will be around 7.30AM to 8.00AM . Go to the nearest market for buying vegetables ,clothes and other daily needs of your family. It is good to use your bi-cycle for this purpose .If there is no need to go to the market then help the children in study.
BATHING
Take bath around 9.00 AM, enter the God's place of your home and worship the God for mental peace and happiness .Then have a home made breakfast and get ready for your office or work .
AT OFFICE
Reach office in time and start your work .Do not be hurry ,be calm and cool while doing work ,develop good environment with other staffs . Have your launch at 1.00-1.30 PM, take rest sometime and then again start and finish the afternoon work .Return home .
EVENING WALK
It is 5.00 PM .Enter the bathroom and be fresh with cool water ,Take rest for sometime ,have a light breakfast and go out for evening walk before 1 hr of sunset .Enjoy the freshness of cool air ,do meditation and return .
HELP CHILDREN IN STUDY
After evening walk ,fresh yourself and help the children in study .
HAVE YOUR SUPPER
Take you supper with family ,watch TV for 1hr and sleep .You need to sleep around 10.00PM to 10.30PM .Do not late .You need to sleep at least 7hr .Then continue the daily routine work on the very next day.
