OUTLINE OF THE PLAN
Under the Prime Minister's Kisan Yojana, all eligible farming families in the country are provided with an annual income assistance of Rs 6,000 per quota every four months. The plan defines the family as husband, wife, and minor The Rs 2,000 crore has been transferred directly to the farmer / farmer family’s bank account.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Landless family or individual.
2. Small and small farming families, they may be in rural or urban areas.
WHO ARE NON-ELIGIBLE ?
1.Institutional landlords.
2.Current / Retired Officers and State / Central Government Employees and PSUs and Government Autonomous Organizations.
3.Beneficiaries with higher financial status are not eligible.
4.Those who pay income tax.
5.Farmer families holding constitutional positions.
6.Professionals such as doctors, engineers and lawyers.
7.Retired pensioners with more than 10,000 pensions per month.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED
1.Aadhaar is mandatory.
2.In addition to Aadhaar, citizenship certificates, land deeds and bank account details must be submitted to the relevant authorities.
